Your shortlist and notes stay on your computer. HOW LONG HAS IT BEEN FOR SALE? Every search result shows when the home was first listed and when it was last reduced. Homes on the market for more than 60 days stand out, and re-listed homes are marked. EVERY PRICE DROP, KEPT Rightmove shows only the latest change. Kerblist remembers each price it sees, so you know what changed since you last looked ("↓ £15k since you looked"). On Zoopla it adds the full price timeline, past sales included. WHAT DID HOMES LIKE IT SELL FOR? On each listing, Kerblist shows HM Land Registry sold prices for the same type of home on the same postcode, or on the street when the postcode has too few. Older sales are brought to today's money with the UK House Price Index, and you see how the asking price compares. A detached house is never compared with a flat.
