The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Keepsake
Keepsake saves the things you find on the web and keeps them organized, all on your own device. No account, no server, no tracking.
Click the Keepsake icon (or press Alt+Shift+K) on any page. Keepsake reads the page, works out what it is, and files it for you.
SHOPPING, SORTED FOR YOU
• Save a product from any shop. Keepsake reads its title, price and photos without per-site setup.
• Products sort themselves into Collections like Home Decor, Clothing, Kitchen or Camping, and Keepsake learns from your corrections.
• Anything it isn't sure about waits in Review instead of being guessed.
• Mark things as Purchased, favorite them, and pin the collections you use most.
EVERYTHING ELSE, IN ITS OWN PLACE
Lifestyle views keep the rest of your life apart from your shopping:
• Places: restaurants, cafés, bakeries, salons, gyms and shops. Keepsake finds the address, hours and phone on the page, in an Instagram caption, in a Google Maps or Apple Maps link, or on a business's Instagram profile or Facebook page. See them on a map and open any of them in Maps.
• Recipes: ingredients, steps, servings and time, in a clean recipe view with a checklist.
• Workouts: exercises with sets, reps and rest. Set a goal like "3 times a week for 4 weeks" and check in with one tap.
• Videos: anything from YouTube and other video sites, with length and channel.
• Articles: author, site and reading time.
• Films and shows, and books: saved from pages like Letterboxd, IMDb and Goodreads, as simple lists of what to watch or read next.
Put any save anywhere: every save can go into any Lifestyle view or Collection.
FIND THINGS AGAIN
• Home shows recent saves and things you haven't opened in a while.
• The Library holds everything, with filters, tags, grid or list, and a search that forgives typos.
• Undo is one click (or Alt+Z) away.
• Import your Instagram Saved collections, or save all your open tabs at once.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Your library lives only in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to us, because there is no "us" server.
• No account, no analytics, no ads.
• Keepsake only reads a page when you ask it to save that page.
• Optional lookups fill in missing details from free public sources (OpenStreetMap for places, Wikidata for films, Open Library for books). Each is off until you turn it on, and each asks Chrome for access to that one site only.
• Optional AI uses your own API key (OpenAI, Anthropic or compatible) and is off by default.
• Export your whole library to a file at any time, or erase everything in one step.
