The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Job Helper for LinkedIn
Job Helper for LinkedIn makes the LinkedIn job search faster to scan. It adds small labels to every job card, so you can decide which jobs to open without clicking through each one.
What it does:
• Hides jobs you have already viewed or applied to (or dims them instead). The job you have open always stays visible.
• Shows the salary as a monthly amount on every card, for example "~$6,000 - $8,000/mo". Reads yearly, monthly, daily, and hourly pay.
• Optional: hides jobs below your minimum salary, or jobs with no salary.
• Shows the years of experience a job asks for, and whether a degree is required, preferred, or a diploma is fine.
• Shows any visa or work pass words the job mentions, such as "S Pass", "Employment Pass", "visa sponsorship", or "Singaporeans only". Nothing mentioned, no label.
• Optional "I need a work pass" mode: colours roles open to pass holders green and roles limited to citizens or PR red, and checks the salary against the Singapore S Pass minimum.
• Highlights the matching words in the job description.
• Unticks the "Follow company" box in Easy Apply, so you do not follow every company you apply to.
• A counter shows how many jobs are hidden, with a "Show all" button.
Every feature has its own switch, so you only see what you care about. The settings panel follows your system light or dark mode.
Privacy: no servers, no tracking, no analytics. Settings stay in your browser. For job cards you have not opened, the extension reads LinkedIn's public job page without your login cookies, one job at a time. You can turn this off.
