The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About JAAX Meeting Summarizer
For meetings hosted by the JAAX team on Google Meet, this extension removes two manual steps from the post-meeting workflow.
First, on a Google Meet call you're hosting, it looks for Meet's own "Take notes with Gemini" control and turns it on automatically, so a transcript is captured without anyone having to remember to click it.
Second, the moment you leave the call, it notifies your organization's JAAX Apps Script project, which then runs its existing pipeline: it reads the transcript Google Meet produced, asks Claude (Anthropic) to summarize it into JAAX's standard meeting-notes format, builds a branded PDF, and creates a Gmail draft (never sent automatically) addressed to the meeting's attendees with that PDF attached.
This extension does not record audio, does not transcribe anything itself, and does not read or store meeting content -- it only detects when a hosted call starts and ends, and pings a Web App URL that you deploy and control yourself. All of the actual summarization and document generation happens in your own Google Apps Script project under your own Google account.
