Xero's Print button merges every selected invoice into one long PDF. InvoicePack gives you what customers, auditors and accountants actually ask for: a separate PDF per invoice, named by its number, in a single ZIP. HOW IT WORKS 1. Connect to Xero with read-only access and choose an organisation. 2. Filter by status and date range, then tick the invoices you need. Search the list by invoice number, contact or reference. 3. Download the ZIP. Choose the file name pattern (INV-0038.pdf, 2026-09-30_INV-0038.pdf, with or without the contact name), optional folders by month or by contact, and whether to include attachments.
