The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Intentionally for YouTube

Intentionally helps you choose what to watch on YouTube before the feed chooses for you. When you open YouTube, it asks what video, channel, or topic you came for. Enter it to go straight to search. You can still watch regular videos, while recommendations and Shorts are kept out of the way. When a video ends, Intentionally brings you back to the question: what do you want to watch next? For anyone who enjoys YouTube but wants to stop drifting from one suggested video to another. No account, watch history, or analytics.
