Two coding tools in one popup, switched with a click — built for risk-adjustment and HCC coders by Innova Health Strategies. MED — medication lookup (InnovaMed) • Search any medication by generic name, brand name (Lantus, Eliquis), or coder shorthand (ASA, HCTZ) — or highlight a med on any page and right-click "Look up in InnovaMed." • Match a med list against a problem list: see what each medication may treat, may prevent, and is contraindicated with — FDA-approved medications only, at the condition family level coders actually use. • HCC and RxHCC badges show which conditions risk-adjust (curated guidance — always verify against the record and current model year). • Your linking rules travel with you: one-to-one, one-to-many, family, or model-based (one medical HCC + unlimited RxHCC per med). RX — ICD-10-CM index walker (InnovaRx) • Walk the alphabetic index the way the book reads: type a main term, Tab to descend, Enter to open the code. • Every code arrives with its Excludes1/Excludes2, instructional notes, and the Official Guidelines that name it. • Highlight a code or diagnosis on any page and right-click "Look up in InnovaRx." The popup opens on the tool you used last. Ctrl+Shift+K (Cmd+Shift+K on Mac) opens it from the keyboard.
