🇪🇸 Spanish Version & 🇨🇳 Chinese Version below 🇺🇸 Inbox4all is a Chrome extension that extends WOZTELL Inbox into your browser, both inside the Inbox and on any web page you visit. This is a BETA release. Some features may change in future updates. KEY FEATURES ✔ Translate messages: Translate incoming and outgoing messages directly in the Inbox, using Google Translate or your own AI provider. ✔ AI-assisted replies: Compose replies faster with your own prompts, powered by your chosen AI provider (Google Gemini, OpenAI, or DeepSeek). ✔ Side Panel mode: Open WOZTELL Inbox in Chrome's Side Panel and keep chatting with your customers on WhatsApp while you browse. Create contacts, add tags and notes, and start conversations with message templates without leaving the page. ✔ Phone number detection: Turn on WhatsApp quick action to detect phone numbers on any web page. Click the icon next to a number to open it in the Side Panel and start a WhatsApp Business conversation, with no copy-pasting. PRIVACY & SECURITY Your message content is only accessed by the AI service you select. All translations and AI-generated replies are processed exclusively by your chosen provider. This extension does not include any transaction or payment functionality. HOW TO CONFIGURE 1. Click the puzzle icon in the top-right corner of Chrome and pin Inbox4all to your toolbar. 2. Open the extension, sign in to WOZTELL and choose your organisation. 3. Click the three-dot menu next to the extension and select "Options." 4. Turn on the sidebar tab and WhatsApp quick action if you want them. Translation: choose the customer's language, the language to translate into, and the translation engine. AI Compose: select your AI provider and enter your API key. 5. Click Save Settings.
