The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About ImageLift — Save Image as Type
Save images in the format you need with ImageLift: PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF or PDF. Find a larger available original, crop and resize before saving, or collect selected images from a page in one ZIP archive.
🖼️ SAVE INDIVIDUAL IMAGES
• Right-click an image and choose a format, or save it in its original format.
• Look for larger originals linked by the page or available from supported image hosts. If no larger source is found, use the available image.
• Open the editor from the right-click menu or the optional button that appears when you hover over a large image.
✂️ CROP, RESIZE AND CONTROL FILE SIZE
• Crop the area you need, change the output dimensions and preview the file size before saving.
• Set a target file size: ImageLift adjusts quality and, where enabled, reduces dimensions to try to meet it.
• Copy an image as PNG, customize file names and download subfolders, or remove supported metadata.
📦 SAVE A SELECTION AS ONE ZIP
• Open the batch picker from the extension popup or an image's right-click menu.
• View thumbnails, dimensions and file sizes when available. Filter by minimum width and height.
• Click image cards to select or deselect them, then choose the output format. JPEG is selected by default; you can also keep the original format.
• Download the selected images in one ZIP archive named after the page title.
• Follow the progress and cancel batch processing while it is running.
🎁 FREE TO USE
All features are available without payment, an account, a subscription or a trial limit. No ads or analytics.
📌 FORMATS AND AVAILABILITY
• PNG, JPEG and WebP are converted in your browser.
• GIF output is only for existing GIF images: original bytes and animation are preserved. Converting an animation to a still-image format keeps one frame.
• Each PDF contains one image on one page. Transparency is replaced by your chosen background; multiple images are not combined into one PDF.
• The right-click menu works on image elements. The batch picker also finds supported background images.
• Protected browser pages and the Chrome Web Store are unavailable. Some websites restrict access to images or larger originals.
🔒 PRIVACY AND WEBSITE ACCESS
Website access supports image-source discovery, the optional hover button and the batch picker. Images and related page information are processed in your browser.
Image hosts and CDNs receive the image requests and source page address needed for retrieval; Chrome may attach their existing cookies. Settings may sync through your Google account.
The developer receives no images or browsing/activity logs from the extension. There are no ads, analytics or payment requests.

✨ WHAT’S NEW IN 1.2.5
• Fixed hover-button startup errors on pages left open during an extension update or reload.
• If the hover button fails to start, hovering over an image again retries it.
