Image Editor 2026 is a simple Chrome extension for capturing, editing, and recording what is on your screen. Take screenshots, capture a selected area, record a screen, window, or browser tab, and make quick edits without opening a separate program. Use Image Editor 2026 to capture images for work, school, tutorials, bug reports, presentations, documentation, social media, and everyday use. You can record the full selected source or drag a custom box over the area you want to record. Microphone and system audio can be used during recording when available. Live audio meters help show whether sound is being detected before and during a recording. After capturing an image, you can make quick edits, crop or resize it, add text or shapes, apply adjustments, and save your work. Image Editor 2026 is designed for fast screen capture and simple editing. It is not intended to be a full video editing suite. Your captures and recordings stay on your device. Image Editor 2026 does not require an account and does not collect, sell, or share personal user data.
