IG Media Downloader Local

IG Media Downloader Local helps you collect and save Instagram media that is already loaded and accessible in your browser. Open an Instagram post, Reel, profile, or Story that you have permission to access, then use the extension to scan the currently loaded media. Review the detected images and videos, select the files you want, and create a ZIP archive directly on your device. ### Features * Scan media currently loaded on Instagram pages * Detect available images and videos * Select individual media files before downloading * Combine selected files into a ZIP archive * Scan again after scrolling or opening additional posts or carousel slides * Identify grid thumbnails that may only be preview images * Generate a manifest containing download results and source information * Export the latest download report separately * Pause, resume, or cancel the ZIP creation process * Store collected media information locally for convenient access ### Privacy The extension processes downloads locally in your browser. Media files are not uploaded to an external server. The extension does not bypass Instagram authentication, private-account restrictions, login challenges, DRM, or other access controls. It only works with supported media that is already accessible to the user. Some Instagram videos may use streaming or blob-based formats that cannot be downloaded by the extension. Please download only content that you own or have permission to save and respect applicable copyrights and platform terms.
