About iDRAC JNLP Fixer

Before: an older Dell PowerEdge virtual console may download a file named viewer.jnlp(192.0.2.10@0@...). After: iDRAC JNLP Fixer changes the matching download name to viewer.jnlp so your JNLP association can recognize the file normally. The extension changes the filename only; it does not edit the file or start Java. What it does - Detects the specific legacy filename pattern used by older iDRAC virtual consoles. - Renames matching downloads to viewer.jnlp or jviewer.jnlp. - Leaves other downloads unchanged. - Lets you choose automatic detection or limit fixes to hosts you configure. - Keeps existing files safe by using the browser's unique-name behavior when a target filename already exists. License Install and try the extension first. The trial includes three successful filename fixes. After the trial is used, matching downloads keep their original filename until a lifetime license is activated. The one-time lifetime price is €2.99 and covers up to three browser profiles; you can deactivate a profile in the popup. Checkout is handled by the linked external provider. There is no subscription or product account. Privacy and security - Filename matching and renaming run locally in your browser. - The extension has no product account, product backend, analytics, browsing-history access, persistent download history or remote code. It does not send download filenames, URLs or hostnames to the payment or licensing provider. A license key and the provider-required activation details are sent only when you explicitly activate or check a license. - It does not launch Java, change certificates, weaken TLS or modify Java security settings. - It requests the download and local-storage permissions needed for its purpose. License actions may request optional access limited to Lemon Squeezy's licensing endpoint. This extension fixes the filename only. It does not provide a remote console or install Java, and it cannot guarantee that a legacy JNLP application will run with your Java or OpenWebStart installation. iDRAC JNLP Fixer is an independent community tool and is not affiliated with Dell Technologies.
