About iaclips: YouTube to vertical clips
iaclips turns a long YouTube video into vertical clips with captions. This extension saves you copying and pasting the link: it puts a "Make clips with iaclips" button under every YouTube video and next to every Short, which opens iaclips with the video's link filled in.
How it works
1. Open a YouTube video: a regular video, a Short or a finished live stream.
2. Click "Make clips with iaclips" under the video. You can also use the extension's icon, or right-click any YouTube link and choose "Make clips from this video with iaclips".
3. iaclips opens in a new tab with the link filled in. You choose the language, the clip length, the caption style and the cover, and you send it. The extension never sends anything on its own.
What iaclips does
- Vertical clips with captions, a title and text to post with each clip.
- Stories up to 3 minutes long, or up to 90 seconds if you want them shorter.
- No watermark on any plan, the free one included.
- Free plan: 30 minutes of video every 30 days. Creator: 5 hours a month for $12. Pro: 12 hours a month for $29.
- YouTube videos up to 4 hours long. Private, members-only and age-restricted videos can't be downloaded.
- It detects the video's language, or you pick it: Spanish, English, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Chinese, Japanese or Korean.
- To make clips you need an iaclips account: you sign in with Google.
- Only use videos you have the right to cut and publish.
Privacy
- The extension collects no data: it has no analytics, stores nothing and sends nothing to anyone.
- It only runs on youtube.com, where it reads the open video's address and title to show its button. When you click its icon, it reads the open tab's address and title, only to tell whether it is a YouTube video.
- When you click, it opens iaclips.ai with the video's link and tags saying you came from the extension and from which part of it. From there, iaclips' privacy policy applies: https://iaclips.ai/en/privacy
iaclips is not affiliated with YouTube or Google.
