HostLock

HostLock: Manage distractions at the hostname level. Now featuring "Hard Unlock"—requires typing specific text to unblock sites, helping you curb impulsive browsing habits. Instead of relying on aggressive blocking, HostLock focuses on awareness and behavioral patterns. Key features: • Track daily time spent on each website • Block distracting sites by hostname (subdomains treated separately) • See how many times you try to open blocked sites • Visualize distraction patterns with an hourly heatmap • Identify the times of day when temptation is strongest All data is stored locally in your browser. No accounts, no cloud sync, no ads, and no data collection. HostLock is built for people who want more focus through insight, not guilt or constant interruptions.
