The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Home Saver

Home Saver helps you preserve the state of important pages while browsing. When enabled for a website, normal link clicks open in a new tab instead of navigating away from the current page. You can create custom rules for specific pages or entire domains, choose whether the new tab should be focused, and easily manage your saved websites from the options page. This is especially useful for sites like YouTube, Reddit, GitHub, Wikipedia, Pinterest, or any page where you want to keep your starting point intact. Home Saver is lightweight, configurable, and designed to stay out of your way.
