The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Harmony

Harmony allows you to change the behavior of some of the world's most popular websites — Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram — in order to regain control of your browsing experience. Set time limits for each site, choose which parts of each site you want to see, and push back against these sites' "sticky" features, which are engineered to keep you engaged at all costs. Make browsing the web a more harmonious experience by choosing the internet you want to see.
