The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Hallu Block
Hallu Block hides the artificial intelligence that websites force on you
without asking — and lets you switch it back on when YOU decide to.
--- What the extension hides ---
• Google — the AI Overviews planted at the top of your results
• Bing — the Copilot answers crashing your searches
• DuckDuckGo — the AI assistant at the top of the page
• YouTube — the "Ask" button and the AI summary of videos
• Amazon — the customer-review summaries generated by Rufus
• "Anti-slop" filter — pushes sites with AI-generated content out of your
results, via an open, community-maintained list.
In their place, an "AI content hidden" banner with a "show" link.
And to go further, a button that flips Google into classic mode: links,
nothing but links.
--- Privacy ---
No tracking, no data collection, no network calls. Nothing leaves your
browser. Open source.

do with it. Free and weekly.
