HOW IT WORKS Open any job on LinkedIn and the GradLaunch panel opens beside it. • Keyword match, instantly. See what an applicant tracking system sees: which keywords from the posting your resume has, which are missing, and whether your title and education line up. It runs in your browser, with no AI and nothing sent anywhere. • An honest fit rating. One click gives a score out of 100 and a straight verdict (Strong fit, Worth applying, Long shot or Skip), the requirements you meet and the ones you don't, gaps you could close, and an expected salary with a negotiating tip. It tells you when a job isn't a fit, too. • A tailored resume in one click. GradLaunch rewrites your bullets in the job's own words, using only the experience in your profile. It never invents experience, skills or numbers, and flags anything you should double-check. Edit any bullet, pick one of four templates, and download a Word or PDF file of two pages at most. • Autofill the application, on any job site. Click Apply and GradLaunch fills in the application form on the company's careers site, a section at a time: your details, education and work history (it clicks Add for each job), the dropdowns, and the resume tailored for that job. Dropdowns it works out, like type of industry, are outlined for you to check. It stops at questions only you can answer, such as work authorization or salary, and remembers your answer for next time. For "Why do you want to work here?", jot a few bullet points and it writes the answer in your words, using only what you wrote. It never submits anything: you review and click Submit. • Match badges in the job list. See at a glance which results match the titles and seniority you're after. • Search ideas.
