The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Grab All Files – Downloader & Pages to HTML

Grab All Files is a browser extension with two tools. The file downloader detects downloadable files on the page you are viewing or any URL you enter, lets you batch-download the files you select, and merges multiple PDFs locally in your browser without uploading anything. The page collector starts from the page you have open, finds related pages, and combines the ones you choose into a single searchable HTML file with a table of contents. This extension has a permanent free plan from the first launch. Free saves files 10 at a time and exports or copies URL lists 10 at a time. In Page Collector, Free shows candidate pages and saves one selected page, with no plan-based count limit on that page's images, ordinary links, or directly linked files. A one-time Pro license lets you select multiple related pages and combine them into one HTML. Configured safety limits apply to both plans. There is no subscription. Service provider / Pro seller: Serima Kawai (not Microsoft or Google). Data controller / developer: Serima Kawai. Payment is processed via Stripe Checkout on an external purchase page, not inside the extension. Key features: - Scan the current page, scan any URL you enter, or crawl a whole site (depth 0–5 or unlimited, up to 100,000 pages) - Finds files in embedded viewers and files loaded after you open the page. - Works behind logins — uses your existing browser session, with an optional cookie mode for intranets, LMS/portals, and member-only pages - Supports pages that load content dynamically and downloads through forms. Site access restrictions still apply. - Filter by name, title, type, and size with include and exclude rules; sort, de-duplicate, and reorder before downloading - Choose the file types to search for and add custom extensions. - Bulk-download with adjustable parallelism, pause/resume, auto-retry, and one-click retry of failed files; organize saved files into folders by type or domain - Rename downloads from each PDF's title or page heading - Local PDF merge and local ZIP creation — everything stays in your browser, no cloud upload - Export a CSV of file URLs, names, sizes, types, and titles - Web pages to HTML: start from the current page and find related pages automatically, or specify them through menus, paths, sitemaps, or a pasted URL list; review, reorder, and remove pages before anything is collected - Combine the pages you chose into one searchable, printable HTML file with a table of contents — embed images for offline reading or keep online references, save linked documents alongside it, and optionally export Markdown, JSONL, a manifest, and table data for AI analysis; page collection and HTML generation run on your device - Right-click actions, scan history, and saved-file badges. The interface supports 10 languages. About permissions: Grab All Files does not request blanket website access at installation. Its only required host permission is the specific first-party Supabase backend origin, used for license/device handling and, only after explicit opt-in, the 18 defined pseudonymous usage event types. Current-page actions can use the temporary activeTab grant; when you select another page or URL, the extension asks for optional access only to that HTTP/HTTPS origin. Persistent content scripts are registered dynamically only for origins you grant and are removed if access is revoked. The published extension uses no third-party analytics and sends no error or crash reports. Optional first-party usage statistics are off by default and are sent to our Supabase backend only after you explicitly opt in. Events contain a random device ID, extension version, plan state, event name, and only event-specific coarse counts, durations, or predefined feature/outcome labels. Collector events add page counts and outcome only. Events expire after 90 days. Never sent: browsing history, page or Collector HTML, URLs, titles, images, profiles, job data, generated documents, or file names/contents. While opted in, an uninstall survey may receive the extension version, UI language, days installed, and plan. Turning usage statistics off stops future events and disables the uninstall survey; license/device handling remains.
