The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About gotlinq – URL Shortener, QR Code, UTM Builder & Bookmark Manager
A free URL shortener, QR code generator, UTM builder and bookmark manager for the page you're on. Short links, QR codes and UTM links work straight away with no account; saving a page takes one click and you never leave it.
Shorten any link. Turn the page you're on into a short gotlinq.com link in one click, copy it, and see how many clicks and visitors it gets, right under the link.
Build UTM campaign links. Fill in source, medium and campaign (or pick a saved preset) and the tagged link builds as you type. Copy it, shorten it, or turn it into a QR code. Values are lowercased with underscores, so GA4 reports never split.
Make a QR code. Generate a QR code for any page and download it as a PNG. It is drawn in the extension itself.
Save bookmarks in one click. Press the bookmark icon and the page is saved; add a collection, tags and a note after, if you want them. Your bookmarks sit right underneath, with the ones from the site you're on first.
Search your bookmarks. Find anything you've saved from the popup itself, by title or address. No new tab, no scrolling a list you half remember.
Read later. Send an article to your Later list for a quieter moment, and see what is new, in progress or done, the way Pocket used to work.
It stays out of the way. A tick on the toolbar icon when a page is already saved (and a switch to turn that off), a default collection so most saves need no thought, and a keyboard shortcut: Alt+Shift+G.
Private by design. gotlinq talks only to gotlinq.com. No analytics, no third-party scripts, no advertising. What it sends and when is written plainly in the privacy policy.
Free. Short links, QR codes and UTM links need no account. Saving and searching need a free gotlinq account: sign in with Google, with an email and password, or just be signed in on gotlinq.com and the extension picks it up. Links you shortened before signing in move into your account when you do. The free plan keeps 500 bookmarks and 200 short links.
Works in Chrome, Edge, Brave and Arc.
