Gmail to PDF: Save Emails as PDF, HTML, TXT

You can export as PDF, HTML, TXT, or JSON. PDF gives you a rendered copy of the message. HTML opens in any browser as a self-contained file. TXT is plain text, easy to search and paste. JSON gives you structured data with headers, body content, and attachment metadata. You can export one email or several at once. Attachments and inline images can be bundled into ZIP files as well, if you enable that in Settings. Everything runs inside Gmail. No external uploads, no separate website to log into. It only runs on mail.google.com, so it stays out of the way everywhere else. Install the extension and open Gmail. 2. Check the emails you want to save (one or several - you can click on the checkboxes to export multiple). 3. Click the download button in the Gmail toolbar, or open the extension popup and choose your format. 4. The file saves to your computer.
