Get Shortlisted

One click on any LinkedIn job tailors your resume - fit score, gaps, and rewrites in under a minute. Built for serious job seekers. **Stop sending generic resumes.** Get Shortlisted adds a single button next to LinkedIn's Apply on every job posting. Click it once, and Shortlisted opens a chat that: - Imports the job into your account - Scores how well you fit (skills, ATS-readiness, role match) - Surfaces the exact gaps that are likely costing you the interview - Walks you through a 30-second interview to capture your hidden experience - Generates an ATS-ready resume tailored for *that* role No more "copy URL → paste into another tab → wait → download → re-upload". One click, at the exact moment your hand is on Apply. --- **How it works** 1. Install the extension and visit any LinkedIn job page. 2. The "Get Shortlisted" button appears next to Apply / Easy Apply. 3. Click it. A new tab opens at Shortlisted with the job pre-loaded and the analysis already running. 4. Answer 2–3 quick questions. Download a tailored resume in PDF or Word. --- **What we read, what we don't** The extension only activates on LinkedIn job pages, and only when you click the button. It reads the job title, company, location, description, and URL of the posting you are actively viewing — nothing else. We don't read your messages, profile, connections, or any other LinkedIn data. Full privacy policy: https://shortlisted.site/privacy/extension --- **Free to install. Free to use the extension itself.** Resume generation is part of the Shortlisted web app — see https://shortlisted.site/pricing for plan details. Not affiliated with LinkedIn Corporation. **Built for** - Senior PMs, engineers, designers, and operators who care about quality over volume - People who already know one tailored application beats fifty generic ones - Anyone who has been burned by ATS filters
