The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Gesture Script Runner
Gesture Script Runner turns your own JavaScript into fast, repeatable browser shortcuts.
Write or import a script, assign it to a mouse gesture, mouse-button press, keyboard shortcut, or the Run button, then run it on the webpage you choose.
Why install it?
• Trigger repetitive browser tasks without switching tabs or opening DevTools.
• Draw smooth gestures on links, inputs, images, selects, editable areas, and frames.
• Keep ordinary clicks and right-clicks working normally until a real gesture begins.
• Use built-in actions for tabs, navigation, scrolling, zoom, and reopening closed tabs.
• Use top-level await, URL filters, revisions, backups, snapshots, execution history, and logs.
• Use the optional GG helper API for tab control, waiting, cross-tab execution, and logging.
• Choose USER_SCRIPT for the safer default or MAIN when page JavaScript globals are required.
Your scripts and settings stay in Chrome’s local extension storage. The extension has no analytics, advertising, publisher account, or publisher-controlled remote-code service. Website access happens only after your explicit trigger and Chrome’s site-access permission.
Review every script before enabling it. User-authored or imported scripts can read or change website content and can make network requests through the page.
Chrome 135 or later is required. Chrome 138+ uses the “Allow User Scripts” control; Chrome 135–137 uses Developer mode.
