Freezes pivot table headers in Odoo

This extension needs to run on any page where the user has a pivot table (e.g., their Odoo instance, which may be self-hosted on a custom domain), so it requests access to all URLs. It does not read, store, or transmit page content — it only inspects table DOM structure to apply CSS positioning.
