Free WA Chat Export - Backup Chats & Contacts to PDF, CSV - KeepWA

Free WhatsApp Web chat export. Save your chats, contacts and group phone numbers as a real PDF, CSV, TXT or HTML file - in one click, with no account, no upload and no server. Most export tools want your email before they'll do anything. KeepWA just works. Install it, open WhatsApp Web, pick a chat, hit download. WHAT YOU GET FREE * Export any individual chat or group * All four formats — PDF, CSV, TXT and HTML * Real PDF export with full formatting and emoji * Date range filtering (From / To) * Group participant lists and phone numbers to CSV * Dark mode for HTML exports * Right-to-left language support (Hebrew, Arabic) * No sign-up, no email, no credit card No trial countdown. No watermark on your exports. No feature that turns out to be a screenshot of a feature. ⚡ HOW IT WORKS 1. Open WhatsApp Web (web.whatsapp.com) 2. Click the KeepWA icon, or the Export button beside any chat 3. Choose your format and date range 4. Hit Download The file is built inside your browser and saved straight to your computer. EXPORT FORMATS * PDF — a real, text-based PDF. Not a screenshot. Layout, emoji, timestamps and RTL scripts render properly, and the text stays searchable and selectable. * CSV — opens in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers. Drops straight into a CRM. * HTML — a clean, scrollable web view of the whole conversation, with dark mode. * TXT — plain text, readable anywhere, forever. CONTACTS & GROUP NUMBERS * Export group participant lists — names and phone numbers — to CSV * Export your chat list contacts in bulk * Ready for Excel, Google Sheets, or a CRM import * Built for community managers, recruiters and anyone running leads through groups PRIVACY This is the part most free tools get wrong, so here it is plainly: * 100% local processing - your messages are never uploaded anywhere * No account, no sign-up, no email required * Zero data collection. There is no server that could hold your chats. * The extension touches web.whatsapp.com only, and only to read the chat you asked it to export Free doesn't mean you're the product. We don't collect anything to sell. WHO IT'S FOR * Anyone who wants a backup of chats that matter before a phone dies * Business owners archiving customer conversations * Legal and compliance teams preserving message records * Freelancers keeping proof of client agreements * Sales teams moving group members into a spreadsheet * Community managers exporting member lists ❓ FAQ Is it really free?
