Force PDF Download

Once you install this extension, you'll be able to download PDFs by clicking on PDF links, even if your PDF settings are set to “Open PDFs in Chrome.” To display an embedded PDF in Chrome, you need to set it to "Open PDFs in Chrome" However, if you do this, the PDF will open in Chrome when you click a PDF link. You can change this behavior to download the PDF.
