Focus Troll

Focus Troll helps you break the doomscrolling cycle — not by blocking sites, but by making you consciously decide you want back in. -- HOW IT WORKS -- 1. Pick the sites that steal your time 2. Browse like normal 3. When you close tabs from time-stealing sites, Focus Troll automatically logs you out. Next time you wander back to the site, you're greeted with a login screen instead of your feed. This small moment of friction is often all it takes to snap out of autopilot! -- WHY IT WORKS -- Most productivity tools try to lock you out entirely. Focus Troll takes a different approach — it doesn't block anything. It just removes the easy path back. You can still visit any site you want. You just have to make a conscious decision to do it.
