Focus Mode - Hide Shorts & Reels

Stop the Doom-Scrolling. Reclaim Your Attention. Are you tired of opening YouTube for a tutorial and losing an hour to Shorts? Do you find yourself mindlessly scrolling through Facebook Watch or Instagram Reels when you should be working? Focus Mode is a powerful digital wellbeing tool designed to remove the most distracting elements of modern social media platforms. Unlike simple site blockers that lock you out completely, Focus Mode cleans up the interface so you can use these platforms productively without falling into the "infinite scroll" trap. KEY FEATURES: 🔴 YouTube™ Distraction-Free Hides Shorts Everywhere: Removes the "Shorts" shelf from the Home Feed, Search Results, and Sidebar. Search Cleanup: Automatically filters out Shorts from search results so you only see high-value, long-form content. Anti-Doom Scroll: If you click a direct link to a Short, Focus Mode disables the "Scroll Down" feature (Mouse Wheel & Arrow Keys), preventing you from getting sucked into the infinite feed. 🔵 Facebook™ Clean Feed No More Reels: Hides the "Reels and Short Videos" sections from your News Feed. Watch Mode Control: Disables the auto-scroll feature in Facebook Watch so videos don't autoplay one after another. Nav Blocker: Removes the "Next Video" floating buttons that tempt you to keep watching. 🟣 Instagram™ Focus Reels Remover: Hides the Reels icon from the sidebar and removes "Suggested Reels" from your main feed. Scroll Lock: Prevents using the arrow keys or mouse wheel to scroll through Reels if you land on a direct link. 🔒 Privacy Focused This extension works entirely on your device. No data is collected, stored, or sent to any servers. Lightweight and battery-efficient. Why install Focus Mode? Social media algorithms are designed to keep you addicted. Focus Mode gives you the control back, allowing you to use these tools for learning and connection, not distraction.
