Focus Hours

Focus Hours helps you stop opening the websites you promised yourself you would not open. Add distracting sites like YouTube, X, Instagram, Reddit, LinkedIn, or any other website you want to avoid. When Focus Hours is on, those sites are blocked and replaced with a calm “back to focus” page. You can start a quick focus timer, take a short cheat break, or redirect yourself to something more useful. No account. No analytics. No tracking. Your settings stay in your browser. Features: 1. Block distracting websites during focus time. 2. Start quick focus sessions from the floating overlay. 3. Add your own block list and redirect destination. 4. Take a short cheat break when you need it. 5. Keep your setup private with local/Chrome sync storage. Focus Hours is built for students, makers, founders, remote workers, and anyone who opens “just one tab” and loses 45 minutes.
