Focus Coach

Focus Coach helps you earn your distractions through learning. Spend focused time on learning sites (Khan Academy, Coursera, Udemy, Skillshare, LinkedIn Learning, and more) to earn viewing credits. Use those credits on distraction sites like YouTube, Reddit, Instagram, X, and TikTok. When credits run out, choose how coaching feels: block, grayscale, redirect to learning, or (Pro) check-in prompts. Why Focus Coach • Learn → earn → spend: a simple credit loop instead of hard blocking forever • Local-first: stats and settings stay in your browser • No account required • Built-in learning and distraction sites, with custom sites as a Pro feature • Focus sessions, free hours (Pro), weekly history, and Notes on the start page • Soft coaching modes (block, grayscale, redirect, disabled; check-in is Pro) What you get in this release • Credit system with daily learn/spend tracking • YouTube playback gated by remaining credits • Distraction-site coaching when credits are low or spent • New tab start page with today’s balance and weekly view • Notes: capture ideas, lookups, motivation, or distractions on learning sites (stored locally; optional device unlock) • Side panel and popup for quick status • Optional feedback form (you choose when to send it) Pro (optional monthly subscription) Unlock via Settings → Pro (Lemon Squeezy checkout + license key). Includes custom sites, free browsing hours, check-in mode, non-Balanced credit ratios, fixed redirect destinations, and past weekly history. Privacy Focus Coach does not send your browsing stats to our servers. See the privacy policy linked on the store listing and inside the extension.
