The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Floating YouTube TV

Floating YouTube TV is a Chrome extension that lets you watch YouTube videos in a small, solid, always-on-top window while browsing the web. Paste a YouTube link, open the TV window, and continue using Chrome without interrupting playback. The player can be moved, resized, minimized, and restored, while remembering your preferred size and playback state. The extension is designed to feel like a native Chrome feature: minimal, fast, polished, and easy to use, with no complicated setup or unnecessary menus.
