Flai Inbox

Flai Inbox — your dealership's sales conversations, one click away Flai Inbox brings your dealership's sales lead conversations into a Chrome side panel, so you can respond to customers without ever leaving the page you're working on. What it does 1. See every conversation at a glance. Browse and search your assigned leads and contacts right from the side panel — no need to open a separate tab or app. 2. Reply instantly, by SMS or email. Read the full message timeline for any contact and send a reply without switching context. 3. Never miss a new lead. Get real-time browser notifications the moment a customer responds, with an unread-count badge on the toolbar icon so you always know what needs attention. 4. Stay in your org's context. Signed-in users see exactly the conversations and contacts they have access to, matching the same permissions as the Flai web dashboard.
