Fizyonops İçtihat: decision search

İçtihat is a research desk for lawyers who search Turkish Court of Cassation (Yargıtay) and UYAP precedent decisions. This extension lets you search decisions without leaving the page you are working on. On a web page (a draft petition, a UYAP document, an article), select a case/decision number or a word, right-click and choose “Search in İçtihat”. The results open in the side panel: • Read the full text of the decision with paragraph numbers; get an AI summary. • Copy the citation (court, chamber, case number, decision number, date) in one click. • Copy a passage you select in the text as a verbatim quote together with its citation. • Save the decision or the quote, with your note, to your folder on the website. Side panel sections: Decisions (search, reading, summary), Legislation (law and article search, dated text, following), Ask (answers grounded in the archive, with sources), Check (compares the citations in a petition with the archive; free) and Documents (official templates). The Check section also has page tools: finding the citations in the open tab, asking about or summarising the open page or PDF, and the optional Toolbar on the official decision sites. Search and reading are free. To save and to get summaries, sign in with your https://ictihat.fizyonops.com account; new accounts get a 14-day trial with no card. Subscriptions and payments happen on the website, in a normal tab. The extension reads a page only when you press a button, a context-menu entry or a shortcut, and only the text that task needs: the text you selected, the open page's text (for a citation check or a question about the document) or the citation on an official decision site. Only two things run while a page loads: on İçtihat's own website, a small script that tells the extension when you sign in or out there (it reads nothing from the page), and the small toolbar on the official decision sites, only if you explicitly allowed it in the panel; with that setting off, nothing runs on those sites. Pages are not read in the background and no browsing history is collected. Only the text you send reaches İçtihat (text you selected with the context menu, a query you typed in the panel, or page text you sent with the Find citations / Ask / Summarise buttons).
