FillMate — AI Form Fill & One-Click Autofill

FillMate is a smart Chrome extension that saves you time by writing text for you with a single click. It is powered by artificial intelligence (AI) and understands the context of the page you are on. When you focus on an input field, FillMate reads the label, placeholder, and surrounding text. It then combines this context with your personal knowledge base files (for example, .txt documents you upload) to generate a relevant and ready-to-use answer. This means you no longer have to type the same answers again and again. Whether you are applying for jobs, filling out online forms, answering emails, or writing short replies, FillMate can do the work in one click. Key Features • One-click autofill: Place the cursor in any input field and press the FillMate button. • Context-aware AI: The extension understands the label, placeholder, and text around the field before generating content. • Knowledge base support: Upload your own .txt files with personal information, resume, work history, or templates. The AI uses these files to give more accurate and personal answers. • Works everywhere: FillMate works on forms, emails, surveys, job portals, customer support tickets, and more. • Privacy first: Your API key and files are stored locally on your device. Nothing is sent to our servers. In Pro mode, requests go directly to OpenAI. In Lite mode, they go through proxy. • Custom models: Choose between fast and affordable AI models like GPT-5 Mini or high-quality models like GPT-5 and GPT-4o. • Easy to use: No complex setup. Install the extension, upload optional files, and you are ready to go. Common Use Cases 1. Job Applications Filling job applications can take hours. Many forms ask the same questions: • “What is your experience?” • “Why do you want to work here?” • “What skills make you a good fit?” With FillMate, you upload your resume or notes into the knowledge base. When you apply, you simply click the button. The extension generates a short, relevant answer using your own information and the job description on the page. 2. Emails and Messages If you spend time writing similar emails, FillMate can save you time. • Quick customer replies • LinkedIn connection messages • Cold outreach drafts • Support answers The AI reads the subject, previous text, and context. Then it suggests a complete reply in one click. 3. Online Forms and Surveys Many forms ask repetitive details. Instead of typing again and again, FillMate recognizes the field and creates a suitable answer. 4. Support Tickets and Bug Reports When reporting issues in Jira, GitHub, or support tools, FillMate structures your bug report into steps, expected result, actual result, and environment. This saves time and keeps reports clear. Why Use FillMate? • Save time: Stop typing the same answers again and again. • Reduce errors: Generate consistent, accurate text based on your uploaded files. • Stay focused: FillMate handles the small writing tasks so you can focus on important work. • Be professional: AI-generated text adapts to the field and reads naturally. • Boost productivity: Especially useful for job seekers, recruiters, support teams, and anyone who fills many forms.
