Fairterm — T&C Checker

Fairterm helps you understand what you're actually agreeing to before you tick that "I agree to the Terms" box. When you visit a web page with a terms-of-service agreement, Fairterm automatically detects "I agree to the Terms" checkboxes and places an "Analyze terms" button right next to them. Click it to get an instant fairness report from Fair Term — covering red flags, category scores, and plain-English takeaways across 8 fairness dimensions: • Costs & Billing • Data Privacy • Liability • Unilateral Changes • Termination • Dispute Resolution • Transparency • Wagering Requirements (for betting/gambling sites) You can also click the Fairterm toolbar icon at any time to analyze the terms on whatever page you're viewing. Fair Term is not a legal service — it's an automated assistant that flags potentially unfair clauses so you can make a more informed decision before agreeing.
