About Fairsig: install your email signature
Fairsig puts the email signature you designed on fairsig.com into Gmail or Outlook on the web, without copy-paste.
How it works
1. Make your signature on fairsig.com (free, no sign-up).
2. Click "Install in Gmail" or "Install in Outlook".
3. Your signature settings open with a small Fairsig panel. Click "Insert signature".
4. Check the result and click Save. Fairsig never saves for you.
What it does
• Opens the signature settings of Gmail (choose which signed-in account) or Outlook on the web (work/school or personal account).
• Creates a new signature named "Fairsig", or replaces the one you are editing, and inserts your signature into the editor.
• Highlights the Save button and tells you how to make it the default for new emails and replies.
• If the editor can't be found, it copies the signature to your clipboard and shows the manual steps, with a link to the illustrated guide.
Private by design
• No account, no sign-in, no Google or Microsoft permissions (no OAuth).
• No analytics, no tracking, no remote code. The extension makes no network requests.
• Your signature only travels from the fairsig.com tab to the extension inside your browser, is kept in memory until you insert it, and is then deleted.
• It only runs on fairsig.com messages and on the Gmail / Outlook web pages, and only shows its panel when you have a signature waiting.
Interface in English, German, French and Arabic (right-to-left).
