The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Facebook Messenger App Window

Facebook Messenger on desktop changed in April 2026, with messaging having fully moved to Facebook.com/messages. This extension gives you a simple way to keep using FB Messenger like a separate app. This is a helper. It doesn’t change Messenger or track anything. It just gives you a better way to open it! Click the icon, and Messenger opens in its own window. It stays focused, clean, and out of your way while you browse. WHAT DOES THIS DO? - Opens Facebook Messenger in a separate window - Keeps it feeling like its own app instead of a browser tab - Reuses the same window so you don’t get duplicates - Sends other links back to your normal browser *This extension is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Meta or Facebook.*
