Eye Rest is a lightweight, offline eye break reminder for people who spend long periods working in front of a screen. Set your active days, start time, reminder interval, snooze time, and stop time. The extension runs locally in Chrome, automatically starts timing at your chosen work time, reminds you when it is time to look away, and stops reminders after your end time. Use it to build a calmer screen routine without accounts, cloud sync, tracking, or unnecessary distractions. It does not read web pages or browsing history. All settings are stored locally in your browser.
