About Export Tables
Copying a Notion table into a spreadsheet usually arrives as a mess of merged cells and stray formatting. Export Tables takes the rows you have selected and gives you back something you can actually paste.
HOW IT WORKS
Select one or more rows in any Notion table or database view, then right-click and choose an export, or open the extension and pick one there. Export Tables reads the selected rows, along with the column headers if you want them, and puts the result on your clipboard.
WHAT YOU GET
• Spreadsheet data — paste straight into Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers with columns intact
• Column headers included or omitted, your choice
• Long decimals rounded to two places, so pasted figures stay readable
PRO FEATURES
• Copy the selection as a PNG image, ready to drop into a document or a message
• Export at 2x resolution for high-density displays
• Render in a light or dark theme to match wherever the image is going
• Send the table to a Slack channel through a webhook you configure
Pro is a one-time purchase. No subscription, no expiry, and it works on up to three devices.
PRIVACY
Your table data is read in your browser and goes onto your clipboard. It is not sent to us, and we have no server that could receive it. The only exception is Slack, which is opt-in: if you set up the Slack feature, the table goes from your browser directly to the webhook address you supplied.
Export Tables is an independent extension and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Notion Labs, Inc.
