Equiply Document Editor

Prepare your documents for the next step with Equiply Document Editor. Convert Word documents, images and text files into PDFs, or open an existing PDF to add annotations and arrange its pages. Word conversion For conversion using Microsoft Word’s own PDF export, install the separate Equiply Word Helper. This requires Windows and an installed, activated desktop copy of Microsoft Word. Conversion takes place on your computer. Browser conversion is also available, but fonts, spacing and page breaks may differ from Word. Local editing No account is required to convert, annotate or download documents. Ordinary editing does not upload your files. Files are sent to Equiply only when you choose and confirm a job attachment. The editor does not include advertising or analytics. Supported limits Up to 25 MB per input file, 100 MB combined input and 100 pages. Equiply attachments are limited to 20 MB. Save older .doc files as .docx before importing. Excel and PowerPoint files are not supported. Editing adds annotations; it does not directly rewrite existing PDF text. Highlights are not secure redaction. Drawn signatures are visual marks rather than certificate based digital signatures. Download your work before closing or refreshing the editor.
