Entra Admin Toolkit is a Chrome side panel for people who look after a Microsoft Entra ID tenant. It brings the pages, checks and evidence you need for everyday administration into one place. FIND WHAT YOU NEED Type what you are looking for and the panel opens the right admin page, even with a typo. Pin the pages you use most and keep notes for each tenant you manage. Choosing a workspace does not change who you are signed in as. TROUBLESHOOT SIGN-IN PROBLEMS Paste an error code, application ID or token into the search box and the matching tool opens. Look up what an AADSTS error means, read the claims in a token without sending it anywhere, and gather your findings into a report. SHARE SCREENSHOTS SAFELY Capture part or all of a page, then add arrows, numbered steps and callouts. Before you share, the editor highlights details that identify your users and organisation, such as names, sign-in addresses and IDs, including those inside embedded portal panes. Hide them one at a time or all at once with solid blocks. It can also read the text in pasted images, entirely on your computer, and warns you before export if anything is still visible. COMPARE AND REVIEW Compare two exported Conditional Access policies to see exactly what changed, and review licence usage from an exported file. The recipe builder writes read-only Graph PowerShell scripts for you to check and run yourself. PRIVILEGED ACCESS A guided setup connects Privileged Identity Management through your own app registration, and can generate the script that creates it. You can then view and activate eligible roles, with the account and tenant shown clearly before you confirm. This needs suitable licences and permissions; everything else works without it. YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU There is no advertising, tracking or developer server. Sign-in and role requests go straight to Microsoft.
