The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Edit CSV
Edit CSV lets you open and edit CSV and TSV files right in your browser with a built-in, spreadsheet-style editor — no uploads, no sign-in, fully offline.
Open a file in any of these ways:
• Click the toolbar icon and choose “Open CSV…”, or drag a .csv file onto the page.
• Right-click a link to a .csv/.tsv file and choose “Open in CSV editor”.
• Open a local file:// CSV in Chrome (enable “Allow access to file URLs” for the extension).
In the editor you can:
• Edit cells and add, remove, sort and search rows and columns.
• Configure the delimiter, quote and escape characters, and header handling.
• Save changes back to the original file (via the File System Access API) or download the edited CSV.
Everything runs locally in your browser — your files are never uploaded to any server. The editor is based on the open-source edit-csv project, and the interface follows your browser language automatically.
