EchoTalent AI: ATS Score, Tailor Resume & coverletters & Job Tracker

Apply 10× faster without spraying. Align → apply → follow up — all from any job page. Every job page is different, your resume isn’t always aligned, and follow-ups slip. EchoTalent turns any job page into a fast lane ATS score, one-click resume & cover letter, smart emails and a clean tracker in one place. 🔹 What you get • Instant ATS score & gaps: See your match, then fix what matters first. • Tailored resumes & cover letters: Job-specific, recruiter-ready PDFs in a click. • Pro email kit: Application, follow-up, and interest emails with the right context filled in. • Application tracker: A simple pipeline that actually moves: Interested → Applied → Interviews → Offers. • Works everywhere: LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, Ashby, and all company careers pages. 🔹 Why it’s faster (and calmer) • One floating button on any job page no hunting menus. • Clear next step: score fit, tailor docs, send email, log to tracker. • Built for speed: caching, retries, and graceful fallbacks keep it snappy. 🔹 How it works (30 seconds) 1. Open a job page → the Floating Button appears. 2. Click once → get your ATS score, quick fixes, and generate resume/cover letter + email. 3. Save to My Applications to keep momentum and reminders in one view. 🔹 Who it’s for People applying across multiple roles who want speed, alignment, and order without juggling five tools. 🔹 Free vs Pro • Free: Essential ATS checks, starter email templates, and the tracker, tailoring with limits. • Pro: Unlimited resume/cover-letter tailoring, deeper ATS analysis, and advanced emails. 🔹 Privacy & data use (plain English) • We don’t sell data and we don’t inject ads. • We only process what’s needed to help you apply: your login email, the resume you upload, job text from pages you open, and the application notes you choose to track—used strictly to tailor content, score fit, and sync your tracker. 🔹 Permissions we ask for — and why • activeTab, scripting — detect job pages and read the current posting so we can score and help with autofill. • storage: save your preferences and application records. • Host permissions (job pages across the web): enable the “works on any site” experience. We request the minimum needed for core features and remove anything unused in releases. 🔹 Support Questions or ideas? Email us at info@echotalent.net
