Exact-phrase queries match precisely, previews show the passage that matched instead of the opening line, and the occurrence counter no longer over- or under-reports on long replies. 📌 Side Panel Opens Right After You Add an Account Confirming a new account now brings Echoes up in the side panel and keeps it there. Previously it could bounce you to the popup, or close a panel you already had open. 🔄 No More Stuck Sync Indicator The syncing spinner used to occasionally spin forever after a network hiccup. It now detects when it has stopped making progress, clears itself, and tells you what happened — while sync continues recovering in the background. ⌨️ Simpler Side Panel Shortcut The default shortcut for opening the side panel is now Alt+Shift+E on every platform, replacing a combination that clashed with other tools. Rebind it to whatever you like from your browser's extension shortcuts page. 🖱️ Move the Launcher Wherever You Want The on-page Echoes button is draggable — drop it anywhere along the edge of the window and it stays there across page loads and every connected platform.
