🫰🏻 BYOK and local-first:
Use Chrome built-in AI, connect to a local model service, or use your own API key with a supported cloud AI provider.
Chrome built-in AI availability depends on your browser and device; results depend on the provider and model you choose.
Set up services from multiple providers and switch between the models and services you use most. In-page bilingual translation now also supports Google Cloud Translation, Youdao Translation, and Alibaba Cloud Translation.
Conversation history, API keys, and extension settings are all stored locally. Choose the service provider you prefer without being locked into one brand. 🔒
🔧 How to use:
After installation, follow the setup wizard to choose Chrome built-in AI, a local model, or a cloud service. On supported Chrome versions, you can use the on-device Gemini Nano model and built-in translation API. All extension features are free to use.
