Easy BRG auto-detect

Easy BRG helps you compare hotel Best Rate Guarantee (BRG) candidates. It does not guarantee claim approval or a refund. ■ How it works 1. Install the Chrome extension and sign in with your Google account. 2. Before your first save, read and acknowledge the information-use notice in the popup. Check the booking site's terms and restrictions on using its information. 3. Check the popup or the guide on easybrg.com for the current site's save method: Automatic save, Manual entry, or Restricted service. 4. On an Automatic save site, select the hotel, dates, guests, and rooms, then proceed to the final checkout screen. Depending on the site, booking conditions are checked and saved when you reach that screen or when you open the Chrome extension. Results appear in the popup or an on-page notice, depending on the site's supported behavior. 5. On a Manual entry site, the page title and content are not read. Select a recent comparison and site in the popup, enter the total and currency you checked, and confirm that the conditions match before saving. 6. On a Restricted service site, the extension does not read or save the current page content or booking information. You can enter the required comparison details directly on the Easy BRG website. 7. Review saved comparisons at easybrg.com. Confirm final rates, booking conditions, and BRG eligibility with the hotel. Submit any claim yourself. After acknowledging the first-use notice, reopen or reload the booking page to resume automatic saving. For sites that save when the popup opens, open the Chrome extension. ■ Privacy - Automatic processing runs only on explicitly supported domains permitted by the current service policy. - Automatic saving processes only limited, normalized booking conditions from reservation pages opened by a signed-in user. - Booking conditions needed for comparison, such as price, currency, room, stay dates, and guest counts, are stored on the Easy BRG server. - The extension does not collect raw HTML, screenshots, cookies, passwords, payment-card details, or full browsing history. - In Manual entry mode, the active tab's hostname is checked temporarily on the device to determine the save method and then discarded. The page title and content are not read. - The acknowledged first-use notice version is stored only on the device and is not sent to the server. - See https://easybrg.com/en/privacy for processing, retention, and deletion details. ■ Site support and information use Check the Chrome extension popup or the Easy BRG supported-sites page for each site's current support and save method. Availability may change under service policies. Features and affiliate links do not grant blanket permission to save or reuse booking information. Use saved information for your own booking review and comparison; do not redistribute it without permission. This notice does not waive Easy BRG's legal obligations or liability.
