The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About DualPane

DualPane will resize the existing web page to 1/2 the width of the screen and to full height. It will then open up a second web page for the other half of the screen. When exiting the right-hand new window the website will be remembered for the next time that DualPane is invoked. On closing the right-hand or left-hand web page the web page left open will return to its original size and position. DualPane is a very quick way of splitting the browser into two different independent browser windows. Data Privacy - No user Data is processed or used. There are no fees or adverts for DualPane.
