Digital Authenticator is the browser companion to Fox Portal — the all-in-one business workspace for companies, agencies and freelancers. It brings yourworkspace's password vault into Chrome: sign in once with your Fox Portal account and the logins, passkeys and two-factor codes you own or that your team has shared with you are ready on every website. BUILT FOR TEAMS • Every company gets its own private, separate vault in its own Fox Portal workspace• Logins your colleagues share with you appear automatically — with "view only" or "can edit" access set by the owner• Managers and admins control who sees what from Fox Portal; when someone leaves, removing their access removes the logins from their browser too • Tag logins (Admin, Staff, Client…) to keep client and team accounts organised • Works just as well for a freelancer's single-person workspace FILL LOGINS IN ONE CLICK A Fox button appears inside login fields on sites saved in your vault. Click it, pick an account and your username and password are filled in. Only logins saved for that website are offered, which helps protect you from look-alike phishing pages.Keyboard shortcut: Alt+Shift+L. • The account the page is signing in to (for example the email shown on a Google password page) is listed first, marked "This account" • Many accounts on one site? Type in the search box to find the right one by emainame or tag PASSKEYS, SAVED IN YOUR VAULT When a website offers to create a passkey, Digital Authenticator can save it to yFox Portal vault instead of a single device. Next time, sign in with one click — no password and no 2FA code. Your passkeys work on every computer where you use Digital Authenticator and can be shared with your team like any other login. Prefer your phone or security key? Choose "Use another device" and the browser's own passkey window opens as usual. SAVES NEW LOGINS AUTOMATICALLY Sign in to a website with a login that isn't in your vault and Digital Authenticator saves it to your workspace as soon as the sign-in succeeds — with an Undo button if you didn't want it. Failed sign-ins are never saved. If you sign in with a changed password, it asks before updating the saved one. 2FA CODES, FILLED FOR YOU For logins with two-factor authentication, the live 6-digit code is shown in the toolbar and filled on the verification screen — the whole team can use a shared account's 2FA without passing a phone around.
