About Diabolocom -> kuando Busylight

L'extension observe l'interface web de l'outil Diabolocom (`*.engage.diabolocom.com`) afin de détecter l'état courant de l'agent (appel entrant, appel en cours, clôture, pause, disponible, indisponible). Selon l'état détecté, elle envoie une commande à un logiciel installé localement sur le poste de travail (kuandoHUB, à l'adresse `http://localhost:8989`) afin de piloter la couleur et le son d'un boîtier lumineux physique (Busylight) connecté en USB.
