About DeskBird

DeskBird is a web application designed to help users find and track bird species in their local area using interactive maps. It utilizes the eBird API to fetch recent bird observations based on the user's current location and displays them on a Leaflet-powered map. Users can view bird species details, including location, observation date, and the number of sightings. The application also provides a list view for easy browsing and supports multi-language functionality. DeskBird aims to enhance birdwatching experiences by offering real-time data and an intuitive user interface.
